But I really have never liked Nathan F. I think it's because I watched more Buffy than Firefly. He's creepy and gross.

I told Mralrescate that Fillion looked like he had gained a bit of weight. He agreed that he looked puffy but that was because he wasn't in outer space anymore and he was having to deal with gravity. *chuckle*

He did look bulkier to me, like he'd been working out more/trying to gain a bit of weight, which is appropriate for the character. Plus, he did look tired - those bags under his eyes. :(

I liked the bit of Firefly I saw; I'd like to see it all someday.

I saw him in Buffy first. And no. He was scary/creepy with a mix of religion and sex that was UGLY.

I'll probably someday be able to overlook that, though, in Firefly. Someday. Maybe.

Oh gosh....it was near the very end....the last half of season 7.

He was a seriously creepy villian!

I have a DVD player on my laptop, but not otherwise. I think, though, that I have friends with Firefly -- since I bought it for them! -- I'm sure I could borrow it. I just never have.

I will make it a point to ask them; if that doesn't work, I'll let you know and borrow yours.

Well, I watched a lot of Buffy but ended up stopping when I went through a large move and got busy and whatnot. Though it remains one of my favorite shows of all time, I never did catch up beyond the first several seasons. That is something I need to rectify.

What season is he in, do you recall?

Last half of season 7. The big evilness.

He's....gah. It's been awhile since I've watched it, but I recall that he (a tribute to his acting, of course) was a gag-able combination of religious-type fervor and sexual innuendo that was REALLY creepy. Seriously.

He was a great villain.

I just got home from Bounty's house, where rowangolightly, lady niniane, lady barnard, berkie, bleuberi, seymoure, mistrusangelfur, dragonsbane, and a bunch of other folks watched the first two episodes on big screen. I thought the response to that line might blow the roof off the house! Then we started filking with that line.... Watch for it at your local theatres! I'm sure someone will make it a song, at least!
